Heritage Pointe consists of 58 units, 28 are one bedroom units, 10 are two-bedroom units and 20 are studio memory care units. The exterior is finished with a horizontal steel lap siding and decorative, maintenance free style shakes that, when coupled with beautiful cultured stone accents, produce an enduring rock-type appearance.

It was designed as a singe phase, 3 story, featuring a hydraulic elevator for ease of accessibility between the floors. It is a wood frame, slab-on-grade structure, including five tuck-under parking stalls connected to a 20 unit single story memory care building which includes concrete surface parking for 42 cars.

Heritage Pointe features many first class amenities such as, a spa with pedicure, massage therapy and hydro-therapy tub area, private dining area and a chapel. Also includes a great room and wellness center. Security lighting and controlled building access along with 24 hour staffing adding peace of mind to the residents.

Each independent and assisted living style unit is very similar to a typical apartment, offering a full kitchen and appliance package, ample cabinet and counter space as well as full size washer and dryer. For resident security and medication control, two separate locking cabinets are provided in each apartment – one for staff use and one for the resident’s personal use. Residents also have the option to wear a pendant style alert device, allowing staff to maintain contact with the resident at all times.

In addition to the spacious landscapes and outdoor areas, the facility offers an inviting community and activity room and a welcoming library/media center all of which offer residents ample area to relax and socialize. A luxury salon and coffee shop are also available for the residents, both offering first class services on a daily basis.

Heritage Pointe has two dining rooms to select from for daily meals. Access to the building for guests and residents is provided through a beautiful porch into a well appointed lobby and library.
