Projects Under Construction & Recently Completed
A fun activity for the our Team was planned on Friday November 22nd.
It was a beautiful day to enjoy a great pheasant hunt. The smiles in the photos say it all. From 1st time hunters to well advance hunters, it was a successful event.
Thanks to Gold Meadows Preserve for the great pheasants and even a couple of bonus Albino Pheasants.
Construction is nearly complete on this beautiful 133-unit multi-family apartment in lovely Helena, MT.

Lyon Contracting, Inc. and Trident Development celebrated Christmas early this year! The celebration took place on Friday November 1st at the Xcel Energy Center watching the MN Wild take on the Tampa Bay Lightning. Great game, great conversations, and the MN Wild winning the game 5-3!
Gateway Court Townhomes - Combination of 5 and 6-plexes with 43 total units and a community building in Shakopee, MN.
All the utility work for the entire site is now completed. The curb and 1st lift of asphalt is completed on all the roadways.
The first of the foundations is being installed and we are pushing hard to get them all completed before the weather turn. We anticipate starting framing in mid-November.
Avalon Townhomes - a new (2) story, 4-, 5-, & 6-unit townhouse buildings (10 total) with attached garages.
The group at Avalon Townhomes are continuing to make great progress on site. Exterior finishes are ongoing with siding, stone and concrete driveways and sidewalks wrapping up. Inside, the first buildings are getting ready to be turned over shortly with finishes progressing. Trades are working diligently in all ten buildings from framing through finishes.
Skyline on Sunwood is a four (4) Story multi-family apartment /commercial space w/ 1st Floor Parking located in Ramsey, MN.
The team at Skyline on Sunwood are diligently working and pushing the process at a great pace! All precast has been completed. First floor framing has been completed on phase one and they will begin the second floor framing. Steel framing will be starting this week. All underground plumbing and electrical have recently been completed.
The Plaza at Hazeltine is a four-story, 112 unit, multi-family apartment with underground parking, uniquely located adjacent to the exclusive Hazeltine Golf Course in Chaska.

Avalon Apartments, Inver Grove Heights, MN
The group at Avalon Apartments are continuing to make great progress on site. Exterior finishes are wrapping up and the site is getting prepared for the cold weather months. Inside the building, phase one unit finishes are progressing nicely from the fourth floor down. Cabinets, Trim, Doors and Countertop are going in now. Phase two has the MEPFP trades wrapping up rough ins and drywall and insulation are progressing nicely from the top down.
NorBella Senior Living of Rogers is a single-story facility with 40 units of assisted living and memory care. This building design is a better alternative for people who require high acuity care. This community will provide 24-hour support, private bedrooms, and bathrooms, home-cooked nutritious meals, physical and mental exercises, housekeeping & laundry services, social outings, and activities. We created a model of a community that is deliberate to a resident’s needs with nurse staffing ratios and levels of care that meet each unique resident’s complex care plan.
