The article highlights that Lyon Contracting develops, owns and constructs a large percentage of their projects. There has been a boom in multifamily developments and about ten years ago we added assisted-living developments to ensure our staff and subcontractors continue to have consistent work. “We won’t grow too fast because we want to maintain the quality we have, but will grow at a controlled rate, we are right on the pace we want to be.”

We’ve entered into the “upscale apartment market” meaning people want higher end finishes in the apartment, more amenities and the latest communication trends.
