Under Construction – Mound Assisted Living, Mound, MN
August 22, 2016Mound Assisted Living in Mound, MN is a new three (3) story, 72 unit, wood-framed building with a 31,595 square foot first floor and 24,174 square foot second and third floors.
We are excited to announce that the ground breaking ceremony for our Mound Assisted Living facility took place on October 11th, 2017.
Things are off to a great start for us here in Mound! All of the footing in section B have been poured and ready for block. The water and sewer going up to the building has been completed and we have started the storm sewer in the parking lot. Exportation of all extra fill on the site has also been removed. We are confident that we have chosen a fantastic line of subcontractors to keep this project moving through the upcoming winter months!
