Remington Cove Apartments – Phase 2 in Apple Valley, MN will be a new 168,324 sq. ft. apartment complex, three (3) stories above ground and one (1) story below.

Framing is getting done on a timely manner. Floor truss delivery was just in time and will be setting them for 3rd floor this week. The lights in the corridors have been strung. We are currently review the cabinet shop drawings.
