Remington Cove Apartments – Phase 2 in Apple Valley, MN will be a new 168,324 sq. ft. apartment complex, three (3) stories above ground and one (1) story below.

Powers Ridge Senior Apartments in Chanhassen, MN are a new three (3) story 93,702 S.F., 76 unit apartment building over a one (1) story 31,380 S.F. underground garage with 89 parking stalls.
Production has been a little slower than excepted due to rain and the site being saturated, however the carpenters were able to set most of the third floor trusses through section A. Cielo 2 Apartment in Fridley, MN; one new 101 unit, 163,722 sq. ft. apartment building,
We are please to say the production is coming along nicely! Cabinets are being installed on all floors and the units on the 4th floor are being trimmed. Closets are also being drilled and measured on the 4th floor. First floor unit walls and corridors are being be textured and prepped for paint. Gas meters were installed last week and we are currently grading the parking lot.

The Legacy of Farmington Assisted Living in Farmington, MN is a new 70 unit (3) story 79,076 sq. ft. assisted living facility. There will be 21 units of memory care and 49 units of assisted living.
Groundbreaking Ceremony took place Thursday, October 6, 2016.
Landscape curbing has been completed around building
except the Memory Garden due to excavation crews not
being able to back fill. Irrigation crews have about 60% of
the entire system installed and will be back to finish
Monday. Landscape crews are scheduled to begin next
week and plan to be complete by Wednesday. Trim
carpenters continue to work on misc. items throughout
including room signage after final re-paint, barn door
install, door magnetic hold open hardware, etc. Flooring
installers have completed the vinyl flooring in the Living
Area and have now started carpeting, and will continue
into next week. Elevator crews have began building the
remainder of the cars in each elevator and have minimal
work left until completion. Drywall crews have framed in all
elevator doors and have also finished dry walling the shaft
where the work platform was. Final inspections have been
completed on 3rd floor and 2nd floor units.

Estates at Arbor Oaks in Andover, MN is a new three (3) story 84,882 S.F. 66 unit apartment building over a one (1) story 28,584 S.F. underground garage w/ 66 parking stalls.
Groundbreaking Ceremony took place Tuesday, October 25, 2016.
We are close to wrapping up our Arbor Oaks location! We have finished all HVAC and plumbing. Electric is scheduled to be completed this week. We have our painter doing final touchup throughout the building and the final cleaning crew is hard at work!

Lyon as demonstrated a true commitment to job site safety by submitting their four (4) story 121-unit Parkview East Apartment project into the Partnership. On December 4th, Lyon held their Cooperative Compliance Partnership (CCP) signing. On September 30th, Lyon held their first successful onsite compliance inspection with Lisa Hollingsworth from MNOSHA. Contractor involvement with these monthly inspections will decrease the potential for serious injuries and bring a greater awareness to managing risk.
